As construction progresses, we continue to adjust parking assignments to accommodate students with parking as close as possible to the residence halls and to ensure that we have adequate parking designated for faculty, staff and commuters.

During the second phase of housing construction, the lot behind Flippen/Perrin/Frances Crawford will be closed for the 2009-10 academic year. As a result, all of the parking for those halls will shift to the lower FC lot, the lot on the east side of FC and the lots between and around the Commons and Cone-Bottoms. There are some exceptions for faculty/staff parking which are noted on the parking map. Maddox parking will all shift to the lot behind the hall and behind Verser.

Some of the Village parking may not be available immediately at the beginning of the fall 2009 semester. Until those lots are complete, parking for Village, Conger and Ernest Bailey residents is available in the Elrod Boulevard lot across from Sturgis. The lot on the north side of Sturgis is only available to faculty and staff in Sturgis and the Maintenance Complex.

A parking map : (http://www.obu.edu/northcampus/documents/ParkingMap09-10.pdf) with each designated area noted.
