Central Missouri claims the fourth spot, while West Alabama is the third. Southern Arkansas dropped two spots to 10th to put four GSC schools ranked inside the Top 10.

In the College Baseball Newspaper Poll, Ouachita began the season ranked ninth, but jumped four spots to No. 5. Tampa (3-0) jumped a spot to claim the top spot as UC San Diego (2-0) is second and Cal State Chico (3-1) third, while Emporia State (0-0) is fourth.

West Alabama (5-1) and North Alabama (7-2) are 12th and 13th, respectively, while Delta State (2-2) is 16th. South Arkansas (5-3) dropped six spots to 19th to round out the Gulf South Conference schools.
