TWIRP Week Schedule

**TWIRP Week (The Woman Is Required to Pay) is a long standing tradition at Ouachita in which the ladies on campus get to ask the men on campus to many different fun events.  The only catch is that the woman pays for the man to get into the events. TWIRP week happen at the beginning of the fall semester and for the 2010 semester falls on the week of September 7-13.**

TUESDAY – The Women of Tri Chi are hosting an 80’s night at the Tiger Den from 8-10pm. For singles it is $3, couples are $5. Put on your best 80’s attire and come to the Tiger Den!

WEDNESDAY – The Women of EEE are hosting a 50’s night at the Tiger Den from 8-10pm. For singles it is $3, couples are $5. Put on your best poodle skirt and join the fun in the Tiger Den!

THURSDAY – The Women of Chi Delta are hosting Harvest Moon, a formal event at Dino’s Main Street Cafe from 8-10:30pm. For singles it’s $5, couples are $8.

FRIDAY – The Women of Chi Rho Phi are hosting a Luau at the TIger Den from 7-9pm.  For singles it’s $3, couples are $5. Come do some limbo!

SATURDAY – For the first time ever, the Student Senate is hosting a Cajun Night at the Speer Pavilion (or at the Tiger Den if it rains) from 6-8pm. Singles are $6, couples are $10.

SUNDAY – CAB is presenting a movie night which will feature TOY STORY 3 in the Walker Conference Rooms (underneath the Caf) from 8-11pm. Singles are $2, couples are $3.

MONDAY – Finish the TWIRP Week off strong by attending the last event. Campus Ministries is hosting a Barn Bash at the Bridges Farm from 5pm until it is over. Singles are $8, Couples are $16. Food will be provided. The rain plan for this even is at 5pm food will be given in the TIger Den and at 6pm the Barn Bash will begin at SPEC.

TWIRP is a fun tradition at OBU and every night has a great theme. Remember to dress up according to the theme of the night (trust us, you will stick out if you don’t!) and have the best week of your life!
