OBU Basketball v. UNA

December 8, 2011

In what would prove to be a down to the wire fight between the Tigers and the Lions, the Ouachita Tigers (5-1) moved to 5-0 in contests at Bill Vining Arena on last Thursday night. They hosted the University of North Alabama (5-2). The Tigers held a 13 point lead at one point, but the Lions rallied, forcing the Tigers to score with just 12 seconds left in the game to take the lead. North Alabama’s ensuing possession ended in a missed shot by Sam Buxton, clinching the 75-74 victory for the Tigers over UNA.
