•The remnants of Gustav, the hurricane that hit the Louisiana coast Monday, will bring constant rain into most of Arkansas through tomorrow. Flood warnings have been issued for much of the state since Monday night, and light winds caused minor damage. Meterologists projected Gustav to be a Category 5, but it downsized to a Category 2 before it reached the coastline. Today has a 20 percent chance of rain, and tomorrow will be mostly sunny.
