ARKADELPHIA- After back-to-back Gulf South Conference victories, Ouachita Baptist continued their climb to No. 4 in the recent NSCAA/HendrickCars.com South Regional Rankings, officials announced on Tuesday.

Ouachita (6-2-1, 2-0 GSC) ended an undefeated week of action with a pair of 2-0 shutout victories over GSC opponents Delta State (2-7, 0-2) and Alabama-Huntsville (2-6, 1-1). Also included on the resume was a 2-2 non-conference tie with Texas College on Sept. 22.

The Tigers debuted in the NSCAA South Regional Rankings for the first time in school history on Sept. 21 at No. 6, but jumped two spots after impressive regional victories. Ahead of Ouachita is No. 1 Tampa, followed by Rollins and Saint Leo. The Tigers remain the only non-Florida team in the regional top-10 currently.

Ahead for Ouachita is reigning GSC Champion West Florida on Friday, Oct. 1 in Arkadelphia at 3:30 p.m. The Argos have won three-straight GSC titles.
