Lori: “Our first date was him PA-ing a football game for the high school. Then we watched ‘Pulp Fiction’ and it’s a miracle I ever went out with him again. I hate the movie. It’s a horrible movie.”

Kevin: “It’s a great movie. Tarantino is a genius. You make sure and write that down- Tarantino is a genius.”

Lori: “I did go out with him again and then he proposed to me at the high school Winter Ball.”

Kevin: “Actually the Winter Formal Dance. I had already prearranged with students to be dancing in the vicinity with cameras so that when I dropped to my knee and put a ring on her finger, that they were in position. The whole place went bananas and it was lots of fun. We even ended up in the Dallas Morning News little romance section called ‘True Romance.’ That’s probably in our wedding album somewhere kicking around. Celebrities that’s us.”
