Humans of OBU: Cone Bottoms

March 31, 2016

“A lot of what we do is online now, but we used to do registration in the bottom of the cafeteria. I think about three years ago, there was a bank robbery at US Bank in town. So they completely shut us in. We were contained. The robbers were in this area so they did a complete lockdown. They ended up feeding us in the cafeteria and I think we didn’t get unlocked till like 4:30 in the afternoon- when Safety came in and told us that the police had caught them and all that good stuff. It was pretty crazy.”
