The power of the Internet and social media in today’s world has paved the way for yet another video to go viral: meet “Hey Grude.”
Ouachita students Tyler Davis and Will Richey and Henderson State student Caleb Conrad rewrote the lyrics to the Beatles’ hit “Hey Jude” to entice current ESPN NFL analyst Jon Gruden to become the next head football coach for the Arkansas Razorbacks. Gruden has been named among several other candidates for the opening and is a hot name in the state in the coaching rumor mill.
The video was posted on Sunday, Nov. 18, and a day later, already has more than 50,000 views.
