Lynn University becomes the new No. 1, boasting an 8-1 record to leap eight spots to claim the top position. Cal State Stanislaus (8-1) made the biggest jump of the week from 30th to second. Behind OBU and SAU is Mesa State (5-2) in the fifth spot.

Other notable Gulf South Conference schools ranked in the poll were Valdosta State (8-2) 11th, North Alabama (10-3) 16th, West Florida (7-3) 17th and West Alabama (6-3) 23rd.

Ouachita returns to action 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 17 at East Central University in Ada, Okla. The two seven-inning games will not be broadcasted.
