I didn’t know what song to sing and I hadn’t really picked until the week of auditions. I probably changed it like twenty times. I ended up going with ‘Blown Away’ by Carrie Underwood. I also ended up wearing a jean jacket on the day of auditions. So I had someone play the piano to kind of change up the country vibe and I didn’t put so much of a southern twang on the song as it normally is.”
