Adcock, Scarbrough present senior art exhibit

April 29, 2016

Ouachita Baptist University’s School of Fine Arts is currently hosting Perri Adcock and Lauren Scarbrough’s senior art exhibit until Friday, May 6. Their exhibit is held in the Rosemary Gossett Adams Gallery on the second floor of Moses-Provine Hall. The exhibit is free and open to the public.

Senior exhibits are presented by students of the visual arts department both to fulfill a degree requirement and to display the work they have created during their time at Ouachita.

Adcock, a senior graphic design major from Prosper, Texas, and Scarbrough, a senior graphic design and mass communications double major from Fayetteville, Ark., said they were inspired to title their show “It’s Complicated” after reading a quote from Paul Rand, an American designer known for his corporate logos, saying, “Design is so simple, that is why it’s so complicated.”
